Three Points Precision, LLC service provided under the Terms and Conditions described here shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida.

10.2 Work Warranty

Any materials supplied are warranted according to the manufacturer’s warranty on those products;  Labor provided by the handyman service is warranted for three months and for contractor services for 12 months (refers to complete remodeling) and is limited to the amount of the cost of the service provided. Defects in labor and workmanship found during the warranty period shall be corrected at the handyman service’s agreed schedule and agreed expenses.

10.3 Liability

Customer agrees to provide liability and property insurance to protect against loss or damage due to theft, fire, vandalism and force majeure on their own property. Three Points Precision, LLC  agrees to provide liability insurance to protect the customer against negligence while delivering services.

11. Privacy

To access our website and/or services, you may be required to provide certain information about yourself as part of the registration process. You agree that any information you provide will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.

12. Accessibility

We are committed to making the content we provide accessible to individuals with disabilities. If you have a disability and are unable to access any portion of our website due to your disability, we ask you to give us a notice including a detailed description of the issue you encountered. If the issue is readily identifiable and resolvable in accordance with industry-standard information technology tools and techniques we will promptly resolve it.

13. Export restrictions / Legal compliance

Failure to enforce any of the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions and any Agreement, or failure to exercise any option to terminate, shall not be construed as waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions or of any Agreement or any part thereof, or the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted and construed exclusively in English. All notices and correspondence will be written exclusively in that language.

21. Entire agreement

These Terms and Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Three Points Precision, LLC in relation to your use of this website.

22. Updating of these Terms and conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. It is your obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions for changes or updates. The date provided at the beginning of these Terms and Conditions is the latest revision date. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this website. Your continued use of this website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of your acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

23. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of United States. Any disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of United States. If any part or provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court or other authority to be invalid and/or unenforceable under applicable law, such part or provision will be modified, deleted and/or enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of these Terms and Conditions. The other provisions will not be affected.

25. Booking and Payments

First time Bookings are Free and they should be done thru the form online , which is a CONSULTATION VISIT or a FREE CONFERENCE, PHONE CONSULTATION. We reserve the right to charge from the 2nd booking.

  • Some jobs take more than one visit to complete. If we know in advance that we’ll need more than one day – we will schedule multiple times with you. You will be billed as agreed per visit or proposals payment terms and according to the type of service.
  • We require that an adult is present at all times while we are working in your home.
  • We work Monday thru Friday during business hours: 9am-6pm. If you need us to accommodate a weekend or evening appointment we will do our best. We reserve the right to charged a 50% premium out of business hours.
  • We do not provide emergency services, but we know that some things have more urgency when it comes to repairs than others. We make every effort to accommodate our customers’ needs. We cannot guaranteed emergency services, but we will let you know when we can.

Payment can be done with a credit card or checks payable to Three Points Precision, LLC. Based on the scope and length of the work, payment terms will be in the quote together with a link for either the down payment or full amount, where you can pay by credit card or debit card.

We take Visa, Mastercard and ACH (Automatic Check transfer).

26. Appointment Cancellations

Cancellations are free if provided 24 hours or more before scheduled service. However, if you schedule an appointment and no one is in the location when our technician arrive, or cancel within 24 hours; we reserve the right to charge the $150 minimum service fee.

27. Property Access

Homeowner/Owner/Owner Representative agree to be present at the scheduled work to ensure that Three Points Precision, LLC and its contractors has reasonable access to the working area, including parking space. We require that an adult is present at all times while we are working in your home.

Three Points Precision, LLC agrees to contact customer either by email, text or phone call prior to arrival time, and to make reasonable effort not to disturb or damage the Owner’s property outside of any demolition required for the project listed in the scope of work of the proposal.

27. Service Areas

Generally Three Points Precision, LLC provides services for small jobs within a 10 to 15 miles radius around Orlando, FL. If you are located out of the area range, there is no harm in asking us. Feel free to book an appointment, submitting the form and we will let you know. We can go farther-if you insist. But, we will be charging more due to the extra mileage. We will also consider amount of work and length.

28. Code of Conduct

Our trade professionals will all meet Three Points Precision, LLC Code of Conduct which includes:

  • No smoking on the premises, professional conduct at all times and no loud music or phone use
  • Remove all debris and clean the work area prior to leaving
  • Tarp any areas of the home necessary to prevent the spread of dust and debris
  • Wear shoe guards if working indoors to protect the customer’s floors
  • Confirm job satisfaction prior to leaving the premises

29. Pricing

Since we, Three Points Precision, LLC and its contractors offer a variety of services, from handyman services to maintenance and contractor services; all Pricing is provided in the form of written estimates, as a proposal and are good for thirty days (unless otherwise noted), for the services outlined in the estimate.

29.1 Site Conditions

The scope of work and pricing are based on conversations and any walkthroughs completed between Three Points Precision, LLC and Homeowner/Owner/Owner Representative. However, even though Three Points Precision, LLC could have taken reasonable measures to ensure that the scope of work and pricing represent the entire project requirements, there will not be a guarantee of a final price due to the possibility of unforeseen complication, and /or hidden conditions.

In the event of unforeseen complications, including (but not limited to) mold, termites, structural damage, or building code violations are discovered after the project begins, Three Points Precision, LLC will cease work on the project and draft a change order listing any additionally required materials or labor. Homeowner/Owner/Owner Representative agrees that any unforeseen complications may increase the final price of the project, and completion date.

29.2 Acceptance/Approval

Once customer approves the provided Estimate, Proposal and/or Work Order either by clicking an approval link, by written consent by email, or by text, the Customer is thereby agreeing to the Terms And Conditions rates and pricing outlined here.

30. Quality Control

In order to keep a quality control we require to have Photographic Records.

Owners agree that Before and After Photos of every job will be taken.

All Three Points Precision, LLC contractors agree to take before and after photos and to forward them to Three Points Precision, LLC staff with every job on the day that the work is started and completed.

31. Service Limitations

Estimates are estimates.  At the completion of the work, the actual amount invoiced may be more or less.  The final amount is determined by the PM or technician who completes the work.

All services are limited to what is described in the Estimate, Proposal and/or the Work Order provided to the customer.  Any additional service(s) not described in the Estimate, Proposal and/or the Work Order will be provided at an additional cost, to be pre-approved by the customer, either in a new Work Order or an additional Estimate/Proposal.

32. Dispute Resolution

Customer and Three Points Precision, LLC service agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes between themselves.  If agreement cannot be reached, both parties agree to resolve the issue through an arbitration service.

33. Our Professionals – Who we bring to Three Points Precision, LLC Team

We require the following from all of our trade professionals:

  • 10+ years of construction experience
  • Professional and Owner referrals
  • Liability insurance. Contractors agree to maintain their own insurance and to keep an updated record on file.
  • Criminal Background Checks. Contractors agree to a criminal background check and depending on the findings understand that this may make them ineligible to provide services for Three Points Precision, LLC.
  • Full inventory of tools necessary to complete the job
  • Reliable and clean transportation
