Approved applicants remain independent businesses responsible for their own workforce, tools, insurance, taxes, licenses, and operating methods.

Project-by-project review

Scope, schedule, pricing, payment terms, materials, required photos, invoices, waivers, and warranties are confirmed in a separate work order or subcontract.

Quality and communication

Applicants should be prepared to communicate progress, document work, maintain a clean work area, and meet the requirements of each approved scope.
