We offer a variety of services in the Home Improvement Industry as well as Multifamily and Commercial Maintenance Services.
Our main purpose is to provide and maintain a quality service, in order to keep such high standards, we just ask our partners to posses great and respectful communication skills with both the customer and our team.

If you are a business that care about quality jobs, then you do not have anything to worry about.
In the case a job requires a permit, then you will need to hold the respective license for such work.

Service & Maintenance

We offer pressure washing services, caulking, small patch work repairs.

Plumbing Repairs

If you are a licensed plumber, and needs more leads.

Pipe Cleaning

Either from washer machines, toilets, dishwashers, etc.

Electric Fixture Replacements

Either for maintenance or improvement projects, electric fixture replacements of either chandeliers or simple ceiling fixture.

Exhaust Fan Cleaning

HVAC duct cleaning and exhaust fans is another maintenance service where we welcome a few partners.

Small Items

Such as adding an outlet, or stucco repair. Painting, and more…

Why to Partner with Us?

Your Own Schedule

Work when you are available, with no ties of working as an hourly employee. Just be an excellent communicator regarding the day and time you will be on site. We understand that emergencies also happens, in case you need to reschedule, you can do so, with at least 24 hours in advance.

Stress Free Work Environment

Construction does not have to be an stressful environment. Since we are all construction professionals, with the same goals of maintaining high standards, we trust that our approved contractors will excel from start to job completion. This does not mean, that we wont be able to execute a surprise inspection, due to quality control policies. Always communicate progress, and document with photos.

Well Paid

Since this is a partner relationship, you will be able to manage your rates. However, the payment terms, will be discussed per job basis. Once the owner approves, a work order or contract will be generated between us and our partners. The payments will be directly in relation as to “owner pay by pay clauses.” For many contractors, this may sound scary, but we had had the experience that when the owner is satisfied and with a signed contract, they do not have any reason to not pay. They always do!

General Queries!

Why do you ask for so much paperwork?

We promised that once you are setup , then the system will be simpler.
Initially, might take some time, but it will be worth it.
We imagine that you filled the form because your goals aligned with ours, which is to provide and maintain quality standards and like to work in a stress free environment.

Will I be charged a membership?

No, the application is completely free, and no charge after the approval. Once you are approve, there will not be any membership fee. You will be part of our partners group.

Are the leads Free?

Well, we are not offering you leads. In contrast with others companies, that only offer a connection between the client and the contractor, with no absolute knowledge of construction, giving inaccurate prices and unfair rates to subcontractors. We will be the owner’s rep or managers, either when you could do the project on your own, or when we need to be involved. But taking into consideration your own prices and boundaries.

Since our founders do have +13 years combined construction experience, either in the field or at the management level. We understand that each business has its own way to operate and its burden vary as well. So, the leads are property of Three Points Precision, LLC. What we ask in exchange is to filled any County, or State requirement if the type of job to be performed requires it.

What are the payment terms?

We do not have a cookie cutter approach, since we offer from small to large size projects and finance to our customers.

Every project, job or site condition is different, therefore, payment terms will be discussed and agreed per job basis. The best part is that we allow you to put your own terms.

Just remember the more flexible you are, the more opportunity we have to gain a recurring customer.

Do i need to sign a waiver?

Yes. Before the last payment is issued, you will need to sign a waiver release. Once you are approved you agree that Three Points Precision, LLC might request waivers per job basis. For instance, a complete kitchen renovation, where many trades are involved, will require waivers.

Are photos mandatory in order to get paid?

Yes. Otherwise, how can we release a warranty to the owner?

Dated Photos is the main documentation that the job was executed properly. Make sure to send it to our email [email protected]

Do I need to make invoices?

Yes. Email them to [email protected], to the name of Three Points Precision, LLC; when you finish the phase agreed per payment terms on a per job basis, and per contract, signed by both parties.

Do not forget to add the form of payment details, like your business Zelle.

Do I need to give a warranty?

Yes. Send any manufacture warranty of the job to [email protected]

And add in your quote for how long will you warrant your labor work.

What paperwork do I need to become a partner?

Does Three Points Precision, LLC provides tools or material?

Unfortunately, as a partner, we cannot provide any tools. You will need to either rent them, or bring your own.

Regarding material, it will depend the type of job, or type of service. When the material is supplied, then you can submit your price to perform the labor as a lum sump.
